Engine Service Technicians rely on their training and experience to maintain Caterpillar diesel engines by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements, engine testing & diagnostics and engine overhauling. In addition to the prerequisite Rental Service Technician courses, the Engine Service Technician student will obtain skills in engine testing & diagnostics, engine overhauling and air conditioning.
